1- Foods rich in vitamin D. Vitamin D shows relief to psoriasis. Vitamin D has been given to people affected by psoriasis and an improvement has been noticed. Vitamin D is in fish, beef, dairy products and vegetables.

2- Foods rich in vitamin E. These foods relieve the symptoms of psoriasis. Examples of foods rich in this vitamin are sweet potatoes, spinach, almonds, wheat germ and sunflower seeds.

3- Increases consumption of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. To achieve good health, Omega 6 and Omega 3 must balance. Omega 6 fatty acids are common in prepared foods. The dietary sources of omega 3 oils are fish oil, seeds and green leafy vegetables.

4- Incorporate herbs and spices into your diet as they have proven benefits on the skin. Mint, parsley, alfalfa, burdock root, euphrasia, paprika, oat straw, fennel seeds, lemon grass, banana, cow tongue, and raspberry leaf are spices that will help you fight psoriasis

5- Drink bitter gourd juice. Bitter gourd juice is said to be able to reduce the force of a psoriasis attack, especially when combined with lime juice.
