Sugars and Starches.
Most psoriasis healing diets recommend reducing the grains and sugars that come in the form of starch and / or processed foods. This means removing anything made with processed white flour, such as rice, white bread and potatoes. Whole wheat breads, cereals, pasta and brown rice are acceptable substitutes.
Place the sugar cane with honey if it is necessary to sweeten your food or drink.

Omega 3.
Reinforce your diet with foods that are naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oils, red palm oils, flax seed oil, hemp seed oil, egg yolks and red palm oil are a great source of Omega-3-containing fats.
These types of oils are readily available at health food stores.
Fruits and vegetables.
Most psoriasis healing diets recommend avoiding canned fruits and vegetables, and instead opt for fresh or cooked, especially when it comes to your vegetables.
Carrots and celery are recommended as foods that should be ingested daily, with no limits as to quantities.
Fluids.
All diets that work to improve psoriasis agree that the more water you consume as far as psoriasis is concerned, the better.
For guidance, it is recommended that people drink at least six to eight oz. of glasses of water every day.
What Not to Do on a Psoriasis Diet.
There are many foods that are commonly considered banned when it comes to psoriasis healing. The list includes red meats as well as processed meats such as pepperoni or sausage. Lamb is considered acceptable, as is chicken and fish.
Carbonated soft drinks, alcohol, and anything with caffeine are definite not recommended.
Dairy.
Dairy products, including eggs, are considered acceptable in small quantities. This applies to all dairy products, including milk, butter, cheese and yogurt.
