3- Use a lot of sunscreen to prevent burns. Tanned or burned skin damages the skin, and damaged skin is more vulnerable to psoriasis outbreaks.
4- Moisturize your skin every day. You can do this by drinking lots of water, taking baths or showers daily and using moisturizers.
5- Avoid injuries as much as possible. Some ideas to avoid injury may be; Keep the clutches of your pets short, wear protective clothing when you play sports and wear gloves when working in the garden.
